Quality Hill Phase II Villas
Each Quality Hill villa has been decorated with its own individual theme. No two villas are the same. The living room includes a wood burning fireplace to enjoy on those cool White Mountain evenings. Please note that during "red flag" periods of high fire danger, fireplaces may not be used. Wood bundles may be available for purchase at the office. All villas are equipped with the following: Cable TV Each building is two stories. Most villas have a bedroom and full bathroom on each level. In this configuration, the master bedroom has either a king or queen size bed, while the second bedroom has a pair of twin beds. A queen size living room sleeper sofa allows for sleeping accommodations for a maximum of six people per villa, with the exception of Villa 32 which has three bedrooms and accommodates up to twelve people. The large dining table will seat up to six people. The garage allows for loading and unloading directly from a vehicle to the villa without being exposed to the elements. Each villa owner is assigned a small, lockable garage storage unit, allowing him to leave some personal items in his villa. Please Note: Occupancy is limited to the number in the "Occupancy Allowed". No Smoking is allowed in the unit or garage. No pets are allowed on the property. |
