PHASE II RENTALS From time-to-time, some Quality Hill owners are not able to make use of some of their vacation time. In this case they have the option of notifying the Quality Hill office who will rent out their villa, either to another owner or an interested non-owner. Rental periods may vary from a few days to a full week.
