Many special events take place during the Pinetop year, such as the annual
Pow Wow, Run to the Pines Classic Car Show, Art Festivals, and the list

Pinetop-Lakeside is situated on the
edge of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest. It consists of 200,000
acres of wilderness and over 50 lakes. The U.S. Forest Service maintains a
unique 180 mile interconnected multi-use trail system. These trails are
available to hikers, equestrians, mountain bikers and cross country
skiers. The Lakeside Ranger Station at 2022 W. White Mountain Blvd can
provide you with information and maps of these trails and lakes.
