INTERNAL EXCHANGES Occasionally, an owner might not be able to use one his assigned weeks because of a conflict. Because of this, he might be interested in swapping weeks with another owner who also is interested in making a change.  On another occasion, an owner might want to obtain the usage of a second villa for a week that he'll be in Pinetop, in order to accommodate a larger group of guests.  To do this, he wants to swap one of his weeks from another season or year. These are called "Internal Exchanges".  The best way to try to do this is to contact the Quality Hill office as far in advance as possible. Let them know what you want to obtain and what you have available to swap.  If they find an opportunity to facilitate an exchange, they will notify both parties, who then can work out the details.
